This page explains what information Class with Nicole collects, why it is collected, and how it is looked after.

Information collected
Information is only collected when you choose to get in touch, through WhatsApp, email, or a booking message. That usually includes:
- Your name and the name of the parent or guardian arranging lessons
- Contact details such as a phone number or email address
- A child's first name and age, along with their current English level and learning goals
- Scheduling preferences and any notes you share about lessons
How the information is used
Details are used strictly to coordinate lessons. That means arranging a first conversation, placing a student in a suitable group, planning materials at the right level, confirming lesson times, and sending invoices for lesson blocks.
Nothing you share is used for advertising or profiling.
Never sold or shared
Personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use. The only exceptions are the everyday tools needed to run lessons, such as the messaging service you write from and the invoicing service used for payments, and these only receive what is needed to complete that task.
Children's information
Details about a child are always provided by a parent or guardian, kept to the minimum needed for teaching, and never published or shared. Photos of students are only ever used with clear permission from a parent or guardian.
Keeping and removing information
Contact and lesson details are kept only while they are needed for teaching and bookkeeping. You can ask at any time to see what is held, correct it, or have it deleted.
Website analytics
This website may use privacy friendly visitor statistics to understand which pages are read. These statistics are anonymous and are not linked to any individual student or family.
