These terms describe how lessons, lesson blocks, and scheduling work at Class with Nicole.

Lessons and placement
Lessons are offered for ages 4 to 18 and for adults, individually or in small groups. Students are placed by age, English level, personality, and goals, and placement is agreed together during a first WhatsApp conversation.
Lesson blocks and payment
Lessons are booked and paid for in blocks of four. Prices per student depend on the group size:
- Solo: 1,200 NIS for a block of 4 lessons
- Duo: 600 NIS per student for a block of 4 lessons
- Trio: 400 NIS per student for a block of 4 lessons
- Group of 4: 320 NIS per student for a block of 4 lessons
Payment terms
A block is paid before it begins, and an invoice is issued for every payment. A place in a group is only held once the block is confirmed.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. With that notice, a private lesson will be moved to another time when a slot is available.
With less than 24 hours notice the lesson is counted as taught. Because places are reserved in small groups, a missed group lesson is not usually refundable or rescheduled.
If a lesson has to be cancelled by Nicole, it is always rescheduled or credited to your next block.
A respectful learning space
Lessons take place in a calm, welcoming teaching space. Students and families are asked to arrive on time, treat the space and materials with care, and let Nicole know about anything that affects learning so lessons can be adapted.
Materials
Worksheets, games, and other materials prepared for lessons are included in the price and may be used freely at home. They remain the work of Class with Nicole and are not for resale or commercial use.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Families are told about any change before their next block begins.
